Dear Abstract Reviewers,

When you click on the button below “CLICK HERE TO REVIEW ABSTRACTS” a new window will open with all the Abstracts.  Each abstract has a unique identifier.  You will find this identifier under CONTACT NAME. In the Abstract Evaluation Form below, click on the dropdown under Reviewer Name and select your name to find which abstract you need to review and evaluate.  After reviewing each abstract that is assigned to you, please complete rest of the Abstract Evaluation Form and submit.    Please make sure to double check your review score before submission. Duplicate review submission will not be allowed.

Note: In order to conduct a fair evaluation, personal identifying information was redacted from the abstract and assigned a unique identifying number.
